Wind Powered Vessels & Norsepower Rotor Sails

Dr. Iain Braidwood, a Consultant Naval Architect and an Adjunct Professor of Naval Architecture at UBC, is the subject matter expert supporting the Finnish company Norsepower in Western Canada and the United States on their Rotor Sail program.  On October 19th, 2023, Dr. Briadwood held presentation of the recent projects on use of Rotor Sails in commercial shipping and kindly agreed to post it on our website.
